阿伯啦含的教导

你应该晓得吧,你不止是这一层皮底下的你那么小。当你说我。。这个部分的你当然是很重要的但是不是全部的你。有一部分的你是来自非物质,有人称为灵魂有人叫他高层次的自我,我们叫他内在,这样比较能够表示他在那里而他又是谁。这个内在的你是许多人生经验的总合,他有宽广的视野,他知道你也会永远专注于你。(金刚经:如来善护念著菩萨。)只要你还在这个身体里,不管白天黑夜,欢喜悲哀,你的内在都在察觉你。不过,当你决定投身人间生而为人时,大家已经达到共识,这个你,意识思考的你是能吸引的,而内在的你不能够加插任何东西进入意识思考的你。你的工作是要和内在的你达到共鸣,产生和谐,这样才能够展现出最伟大的你。

你的内在存在于纯粹快乐的情绪当中,在他的眼里你是完美的,不断成长的,他知道你是不会犯错的,只是有可能会做出违背自己的意愿的事情。所以当你产生一个想法,或说出一句话还是做出某个行动,这身口意能否迎来你的内在?当你和内在合而为一,你的力量就会非常非常的强大。但当你生起一个念头,我很虚弱,我不够聪明,我没有资格,我无能为力,你的内在不能和你产生共鸣,依照吸引力法则,你所在的地方不能,就像水和油不能相容,积极和消极一样不能。当你感觉虚弱,这虚弱的感觉在你里面,因为你选择虚弱的感觉,不管是对自己还是他人,你选择虚弱的情绪,你的内在不会选择虚弱。不是他背弃你审定你的不是才和你不和谐而是你自己不在和谐的频道,一时不能够吸引你的内在。

既然吸引力法则是一切的规律,何不让你的首选为选择好想法让自己有好心情,这是一般人最后的选择。可是当你有许多事情必须处理而你又不想处理时,当你必须装备而你又不想装备时,当你需要搬迁而你又不想搬迁,当你必须照顾病患而你不想照顾时怎么办,这时要如何保持好心情呢?你可以这样做,在你的范围里面寻找,你的家庭,你的家,你的城市,你的所在的世界,你的星球。不管是你的地球,你的城市你的家,总是会有好的一面,总是有某一方面比其他方面好的。当你变成那种人,宣称没有任何事情能够比我当下感到快乐还重要,你自然会寻寻觅觅的挑选更多好的事情更多能够让你快乐的原因。

我们的朋友提供一个我们不断重复的故事,因为它很清楚的表达了这个重点,是关于一只很大的船即将靠岸,而它的绳索太大了丢不到宽广的海岸,所以就用细小的绳子丢过对岸,再连接一条比一条大的绳子直到最后原本很大的绳子可以轻易的被拉到对岸。这就是你的思想一个个相互尾随的例子。你不能够处于绝望,被生活的逆境覆盖而一下子揽到希望,因为你被粗大的消极思想绳子圈圈的束缚,一般上没办法放下,但是你可以寻找细小的积极绳子的尾巴,也就是说找寻什么让你感到愉快的,然后专注于他久久直到吸引力法则把它放大到你得到另一个想法,连续的一个个想法,不久你就会被拉进快乐的范围,这是我们所知最好的方案,让你能够更长久的处于快乐。

这是改变你对创造这件事的看法。人们总是颠倒的看待创造这回事,你真的以为是因为行动才造就一切,所以你就横冲直撞,想说只要我够大够强够耐你就能够赢,他们教你,必须努力必须劳累,把鼻子放在磨石上,越用力成就越大,我们要说,没有比这要离开事实更远的了,如果你依赖行动那就是真的,你可以撞开够多的大门,只是多数人没有撞开够多的门就已经劳死累死了。反之,你要是和宇宙合作,你会顺流而入,大门不断为你自开,而你只是欣喜走过敞开的大门,当你感到快乐门自开,当你感到不快乐门自闭,很简单,感觉快乐是很值当的不是吗?

You are understanding are you not that you are more than this physical being that you see sitting here in this skin , when you say me, this is a part of you, yes, it is an important part of you, but it is not all of you, there is a inner part of you that exist in the non physical dimension some of you call it your soul, or your higher self, we call it your inner being, because it is more descriptive of where it is or who it is. This inner part of you that is the culmination of all life experiences that you live, now this inner part of you had broader view, this inner part of you knows you, and is forever focus upon you. Your inner being is as long as you are in this body day and night no matter whether you are feeling good or whether you are feeling bad, your inner being is aware of you. But as you made a decision to emerge in this physical body, to be a part of this physical earth plane, you enter into an agreement where this you this conscious thinking you, this you that you think of as "me", when you say "me" or "I", this you is the attractor unto this you, no matter how much your inner being adore you and no matter how much your inner being is wanting to offer the best to you, your inner being can not assert into your experience because it is law of attraction that you are a part of, and so your work is to bring yourself as this physical being to a place of resonating with this greater harmony in order to be the most powerful being that you can be, your inner being exist in this place of pure positive emotion, in other words your inner being sees you and knows that you are perfect and growing, knows that there is nothing that you can do that is wrong but there is that you might do which maybe out of harmony with your intention you see, and so what happens is, as you make a decision to think a thought or to speak a word or to do something, the harmony of that thought word or action has to do whether you can attract your inner being into your experience in that moment or not, and when you are connected with your inner being you are more powerful, many, many, many, many, many, many times more powerful than when you are standing here all alone.

When you think a thought, such as I am weak, I am not smart, I am not worthy, I am not capable, your inner being can not resonate with you, because by law of attraction you are in a place where it is not, and just as oil and water do not mix, positive and negative do not mix. You see what we are saying? And so this feeling of weakness is within you because you are at least in the moment of feeling the weakness choosing to feel about yourself or about someone in a way your inner being does not. Now your inner being is not turning away from you in a judging fashion it is just that you are in a position of not attracting your inner being in that moment, you see what we are saying, and so as you are understanding that law of attraction is the order of the day than doesn't it make a great deal of sense to let your top priority not the bottom one where it is been for most of you most of your life, but the top priority be, get yourself in a place of feeling good. Now how do you go about that? When you have all this things to do that you don't want to do, when you have to pack and you don't want to pack, when you have to move and you don't want to move, when you have to tend to a sick one and you don't want to tend to a sick one. How do you find yourself feeling good when there are things in your life that are ringing your negative warning bell. You do it this way, you recognise that in the circumference that is immediately around you which include your family your home, or in the city that surround you, the city of Houston, or in the world that surround you this planet earth, the very sum of every thing, and whether you are talking about the universe the earth or the city or your own house, there will always be aspects that are more positive than other, and so as you become one who says, nothing is more important than that I feel good, you will become one that seeks out in a deliberate fashion more of the reasons more of the things that cause you to feel good.

Our friend offer us a story that we are utilising continuously, because it is so pointed, he talks about a very large ship, that is to be dock to the shore and very large rope, hawser, he looked it up in the dictionary, for spelling. Rope too big to throw across the expansive water, and so instead a small ball of line is toss across, which is slice to a bigger rope, which is slice to a bigger rope, which is slice to a bigger rope, which is slice to a bigger rope, until eventually that very large rope can easily be pull across the expanse. This is the way your thought ducktail one into  another. Now you can't be in a place of despair, where you are over whelm with the negativity of your life and reach for positive, because you already have yourself wrap around a great big negative rope, and you can't for the most part put it down, but what you can do is reach over and pick up a little piece of a tail of the positive rope, another words, look for some thing that made you feel good and stay focus upon it long enough that law of attraction can amplify it until you have another thought, and another thought, and another thought, and soon you have pull into yourself a momentum that feels really, really good.

It is the best way we know of, of putting yourself in a place more of the time you are feeling good, it is a matter of changing your orientation about what creation is. Physical being for the most part have it absolutely backward. You really think that it is through your action that all things come, and so you bang against life and you figure if you are big enough and strong enough and enduring enough that you will wind, that's what they've thought you. You have to struggle and strive and put your nose on the grind stone and the harder it is the greater your success. And we say nothing can be further from the truth, that 's true when you are counting on action, in other words, you can bang enough doors open, but most of you gets old and tired before you have bang very many doors open. Where if you are working with the law of the universe, you get into a flow, so that the doors are opening, doors are opening, doors are opening, doors are opening, doors are opening, and you are joyfully walking thru the doors are opening, you see. When you feels good, doors are opening, when you feel bad doors are closing. It is simple as that. A pretty good pitch for feeling good, would you not say?
